A magnificent Baroque style stallion, Othello was without a doubt, in his time, the most well known Friesian in Australia.

 

Winner of the Australian Friesian Horse Society's Perpetual High Point Trophy for 5 consecutive years, winner of numerous Championships in Led (from Hack rings to Friesian classes and Heavy horse classes), ridden, and Harness.

Lightly competed and placed in Dressage. Othello's progeny have always placed in Open classes and have been UNBEATEN in Friesian classes.

​

Othello passed away on 12th June, 2012 at the grand age of 27.
